Murphy’s Mountain Grill, established in 2016, began with the belief of serving the best possible ingredients at the best possible prices with the best possible hospitality. When Chef Rand Packer and his wife Tiffani Packer stumbled upon the quaint city of Evergreen, Colorado, they visualized handcrafted cuisine and items made from scratch to be as fresh and natural as the scenery around them. The crisp mountain air and creekside setting invigorated their creative senses in crafting the unique, flavor-filled menu. 

Chef Rand was trained in fine dining and worked for over 15 years in upscale kitchens. He took this experience and the desire to create a more relaxed environment to create casual, comfortable restaurant concepts.
